"We found that a day spent on Lady Katherine was an excellent team-building activity in the expert hands of our skipper Ben Stark, with plenty of opportunity for hands-on experience. A superb lunch was included, and along with plenty of fresh air and dip in the pristine waters of Morten Bay this made for a superb day out. Highly recommended!"

"Morning Ben; A brief summary-- FANTASTIC !!!!!
Tom was a great skipper, friendly and very approachable, Dale did a great job keeping up the food and refreshments . Weather perfect. Several people commented on the fact that they felt the boat was theirs and they were just relaxing with friends. Thank you Tom and Dale for a wonderful experience.

"Thank you so much for a great day sailing for our staff Christmas party. The crew were fantastic and our team had a relaxed and well deserved break. All the best for festive season and we will definitely be in touch next year. "

"Ben ; this is a quick note to say thank you for your patience and sense of humour when I did my sailing course with you. I took my own boat on St Georges Basin last weekend and we had a ball .
Noleen sends her appreciation , and is now much more confident that I have at least a good idea of what I'm up to and as a result is happier on the water.
What I liked .... The teaching method based on :why we do this: ??
:what happens now :?? :
why did I make XXXX do this or the other:??
; the revision ; and the way you ensured that everyone had a chance to 'avago' at everything.
What I disliked ? ... having to return to Canberra and not being able to do more sailing on Lady Katherine.
Again ; thank you for a thoroughly professional, interesting, and worthwhile course.
I hope to catch up again when I'm next in Brisbane."

"I refer to our recent conversation regarding team building and the use of sailing as a tool to enhance staff relationships and let you have my views on the matter.
As discussed, I am more than happy to meet your request as my company has derived considerable benefits from our team building exercises on the Lady Katherine.
Our business is quite complex and to achieve our objectives I require staff drawn from a wide range of disciplines, such as lawyers, brokers, investigators, psychologists, physiotherapists and the like to be able to work together in a close , cooperative way so as our clients enjoy quality outcomes. Bringing people from many varied backgrounds together is a constant challenge and over the years I have used a number of programs to develop and foster staff cooperation ,with rather limited results.
As a relatively new convert to the joys of sailing, after many years messing around with power boats, it quickly became apparent that our business could benefit from involving my staff. One of the advantages of using sailing as a team building tool is that, in our case, only one or two people had ever been on a sailing boat so when we started it was seen as something new and exciting by everyone. Another advantage for us was that by using a boat like Lady Katherine, where nothing happens unless people work as a team, it did not take long for my people to figure out that if they wanted to go out for a sail they would have to work at it. They sorted it all out and managed to work up a sweat, work together and, most of all, thoroughly enjoyed the process.
I would be more than pleased to discuss our results with anyone you may direct to me."
